Some items ordered through Mosslike.com are printed on demand and produced only when ordered. Please choose your artwork & items carefully, as Mosslike.com will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you order the wrong size/color, or simply change your mind. Please read item descriptions and size charts carefully to make sure your product will suit your needs.

If you do receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact me via email as soon as possible with clear photos of the error so I can contact the printer and request a replacement. Any replacement or refund will be at the discretion of the print on demand provider.

Because orders ship directly from the printers, they can arrive separately. Also, we are unable to change your order once it has been placed. ๐Ÿ–ค Thank you!

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (before you complete the purchase). In general, most orders are created, shipped & delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. You will receive shipping notifications at the email address you provide at checkout.

Because different product types are placed through different vendors, your items may ship separately and delivery times can vary.

For example only:

  • T-Shirts ship within 4 – 12 business days
  • Glassware ships within 7 – 11 business days
  • Enamel mugs ship within 5 – 9 business days
  • Art prints usually ship within 5 – 9 business days
